(Brand) new Philadelphia 76ers two-way guard Mac McClung pulled off one of the most spectacular Dunk Contest performances in recent memory last night. The viral sensation/current G League star (Delaware Blue Coats) lived up to his crazy highlights: he made every dunk on his first attempt & broke out a couple of nasty slams we’ve never seen before in the league’s marquee, Saturday night event.

McClung set the tone early on, capturing 50s across the board with a dunk that saw him leap over two people, tap the backboard!, then threw in a reverse.

Yeah…from that point on, it looked like McClung’s contest to lose. He followed it up with a nasty 360 (w/ aerial flair, contorted his body), an unreal, DOUBLE CLUTCH (pumped the ball TWICE midair) reverse slam, then later finished the job w/ an effortless 540.

It was a sight to see - everyone’s who followed McClung over the years knew what he was capable of but it was a much different/impressive accomplishment seeing him truly perform on the brightest stage.
