Donovan Mitchell: Top DOG

A move a few weeks in the making, Mitchell's now crossed over into Top DOG territory. His body of work throughout a dominant rookie year can no longer be ignored - a frontrunner for ROY honors, D. Mitchell avg. 20.5 ppg in the regular season on 44% shooting.

In postseason, however, he's upped his production all-around - avg. 27.4! ppg, 6.6! rpg & 3 apg on 46% shooting. It's not just his splits - Mitchell understanding & embracing the big moment (& delivering) is the true story: dropped 38! in UTA's Game 6 closeout of OKC in Round 1.

TBD. Whether he goes home w/ the award or not, Utah has a franchise level talent & go-to guy in Mitchell.
