The field is beginning to take shape! Today, the league announced the NBA All-Star starters pool:

EAST

• LeBron James (CLE, captain!) 
• DeMar DeRozan (TOR)
• Kyrie Irving (BOS)
• Joel Embiid! (PHI)
• Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL)

WEST

• Stephen Curry (GSW, captain!)
• James Harden (HOU)
• Kevin Durant (GSW)
• Anthony Davis (NOP)
• DeMarcus Cousins (NOP)

The rest of the field will be announced on "Players Only" this Tuesday - and on Thursday, the teams will be finalized.

The format is a bit different this year, with captains LeBron James & Stephen Curry (leading vote getters in each conference) will select from the entire pool of players once the reserves are announced. 

This...should get interesting.
