Paul Millsap Out Indefinitely After Wrist Surgery
The Denver Nuggets must tread water without their star free agent acquisition for a while.
According to reports, Paul Millsap could miss up to 3 months following surgery on his left wrist, suffered this past Sunday in loss v. the Lakers.
The initial prognosis didn't appear too serious but after x-rays, DEN decided shelving Millsap for a full recovery was the best option.
Currently, the Nuggets sit 6th in the West (10-7). In his place, Mike Malone will turn to Kenneth Faried (started yesterday @ SAC), Trey Lyles (future rotation fixture) and Juan Hernangomez (slots in at either forward spot, helps space floor) while also mixing in smaller guards & forwards.
