Recap:
Raptors-Nets didn't disappoint as "Game of the Night." A close contest the entire night, it took an extra 5 minutes for Toronto to fend off the pesky Nets en route to road victory no. 11.
DeMar DeRozan took matters into his own hands, scoring 24 of his 35 pts after halftime. Coach Casey rode DeRozan down the stretch - he responded by converting tough isos, including a sweet, and-1 floater to ice the game:
Toronto moves to 28-10, firmly sit at second in the East. It didn't come without a price, however, as Kyle Lowry went out w/ a bruised tailbone*.
Brooklyn, on the other hand, fought hard but came up just short: the theme of their season.
(New) Star UnderDOGs Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (DD -- 14 & 17! boards) & Spencer Dinwiddie (career-high 31!, 8 & 5 boards) were spectacular in defeat. Though the loss dropped BKN to 15-25, it could serve as a confidence booster to lean back on.
