The restricted free agent dominoes continue to fall.
With yesterday's signing of Jabari Parker, the Chicago Bulls may have rounded out their starting five for 2018-19.
With plans to play Jabari at the 3, the lineup could look like this:
C Wendell Carter Jr.
An intriguing 5...for a few reasons:
- Average age of their projected starters is around 22 years old
- Can J. Parker thrive at SF?
- Will shots be distributed well between Markkanen, Parker & LaVine?
- Can Wendell Carter Jr. protect the interior from Day 1/Does he beat out Robin Lopez for the nod?
Chicago may not be done dealing, as veterans Robin Lopez & Justin Holiday are on expiring deals, could be moved before the season starts.
But right now, the Bulls have sights set on an immediate turnaround with a young, growing roster.
With Parker now in the fold, a return to the playoffs might just be the goal.
