DOG STATUS BREAKDOWN
Tyrese Haliburton: impressive playmaker w/ multiple layers to his game - tremendous upside as Indiana’s leader of the future.
An attack-minded, two-way forward w/ nice athleticism, an edge on the glass & energy on both sides, Pascal Siakam has grown into a star.
Myles Turner, Indiana’s starting pivot, is skilled, plays w/ passion & understands what he needs to bring for the Pacers to come out on top.
TJ McConnell, a tough table setter undrafted outta Arizona, is a vital playmaker & defender off the bench.
Andrew Nembhard will play in the league for a very long time: intelligent, innate playmaker w/ a very natural feel for getting teammates into the right spots for success.
Jarace Walker: 6’8, 235-pounder who plays like a new age power forward: big & strong but can handle the rock & threaten to score from multiple levels.
Bennedict Mathurin is up next: pure, NBA athlete (from Day 1) w/ all the confidence in the world as a scorer.
Indiana’s Isaiah Jackson resembles the prototype for “complete,” big man finishers - able to convert lobs up top & short rolls, budding shooter from beyond the arc.
The 2nd overall pick in 2020, James Wiseman is a lefty big w/ solid, short production.
A NY native suiting up for the blue & gold, Obi Toppin is an elite athlete at the four spot.
