We have our first trade of the summer!
The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to trade Timofey Mozgov and two future second round picks to Charlotte in exchange for Dwight Howard.
The deal clears cap space/gives Brooklyn added flexibility heading into free agency next summer, while Charlotte seems all-in on a potential rebuild.
After a strong 2017-18 campaign, Dwight finds himself on the move yet again. Another up top finisher to go along w/ Jarrett Allen, Howard can settle in w/ the Nets and (hopefully) aid a return to the playoffs.
The first domino to fall, look for plenty of action through the draft tomorrow night.
