Last night in Charlotte, Kyrie Irving produced one of the most efficient outings we’ve ever seen: 50! points on 19 shots to lead his Nets to a much-needed W.
Nights like serves as a perfect reminder of how special a talent Kyrie truly is. Similar to his 50 point, 25-minute performance v. the Bulls a couple of seasons ago, there’s an incredibly effective gear that seemingly only Kyrie can reach the fully locked in.
The degree of difficulty on his shot attempts (usually preceded by a ridiculous dribble combo) highlights his unique efficiency: only he and Michael Jordan have multiple 50-point games while shooting 75% or better from the field. Legendary company suitable for an unrivaled scoring talent.
