Luka Doncic Drops Historic Trip-Dub in Comeback Win Over Knicks

Luka Doncic is quite the anomaly as an elite talent in the NBA.

You know, maybe we all should have seem this coming (in a way). Before he entered the league a four seasons ago, current Bulls guard (& Luka’s teammate on the Slovenian National Team) Goran Dragic warned us that Luka would dominate in the league. While a lot of people scoffed at that notion, even stout supporters who predicted tremendous success (for him) still wouldn’t have believed his level of production or ease in which he gets the job done.

SIXTY POINTS in single game is an amazing feat.

21! BOARDS in a single game is an amazing feat.

10 DIMES in a single game is a very solid feat, especially considering at (or near) that average consistently ranks amongst the best passers/playmakers in the game.

Combining each stat in one contest was literally unheard of before last night - to top it off, he led Dallas to a highly unlikely, overtime W after trailing by NINE points w/ under a minute left in regulation.

Before last night, Luka was avg. nearly 33 points/night, over 8 boards & almost 9 dimes on 50% shooting. He’s now at 33.6 ppg/8.8 apg/8.7 rpg on (practically) 51% from the field.

Yeah…get the MVP campaign ready. A (young) living legend is primed to make more history by season’s end.
