A Consensus All-American at Oregon, Payton Pritchard can play: creative ball-handler & decision-maker - Pritchard keeps the ball low, is able to navigate through tough spots - has a very nice feel of what to do after a screen: can threaten w/ a shot or make a play to an open teammate; quick off the dribble, not easy to stay in front of - can get all the way in & finish or convert floaters in the paint; immediate impact as a playmaker & distance shooter (bullseye spotting up, career: 40%) - should continue to create even more responsibility in Boston’s system; competes hard defensively, excellent backcourt rebounder - doesn’t make things easy despite a lack of size in certain matchups; minutes are hard to come by in Boston, Pritchard’s poised, takes advantage of his chances in limited action
