Dwight Powell changes the flow of games with his activity on both ends (moves well without the ball) – flies in for put backs, annoying rebounder & defender; keeps himself open after screening, has gotten more comfortable scoring in between; very good lob option up top – Powell rolls hard to the cup off high ball screens (finishes strong); improved interior defender, 3-pt. range is still a work in progress; borderline Star UnderDOG – works well as a starter or third big – when Powell’s fully involved & engaged, he’s an effective threat in Coach Kidd’s rotation
