The son of NBA Hall of Famer Tim Hardaway, THJ is a triple happy, outside shooter who can erupt after a few makes; has become pretty well-rounded as a scorer – trusts his game, has developed into a more inventive shot-maker off the dribble (quick, bullseye J, particularly from deep) – can get to the rack by charging closeouts, features escape dribble pull-ups + short Js; no conscience from downtown, THJ likes to launch in transition or if there’s any slight lax in coverage; leans on a decent floater once in the lane; pretty solid perimeter defender, accepts difficult challenges at the 2 & 3; improving rebounder but not a huge assist man, needs to balance volume from downtown; extremely valuable wing in Dallas – THJ takes some scoring pressure off Luka, drops about 15-18 points/night when available
