Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: 3&D X-Factor w/ a couple NBA titles under his belt; KCP's a versatile perimeter defender, doesn’t back down from difficult matchups; aggressive scoring off curls & from deep – has transformed into pretty good three-point shooter (can get hot) over the years, though needs to curb enthusiasm at times; solid midrange attack, likes coming off angles and either rising up or driving hard for a layup; very quick in the open floor, leaks out well in transition, can finish on the break; must work on making plays w/ the rock + basic PnR sets; settled into his role nicely, worked to improve overall efficiency; very important member of LAL’s championship team in 2020, won second title in 1st year w/ Nuggets! (2023) – KCP’s extremely important, brings triples & defense to Coach Malone’s talented starting lineup
