NBA Champion Kevon Looney is a defensive-oriented, hybrid big who adds a great deal of versatility to Steve Kerr's front line; specializes in non-box score contributions – helps keep the offense firing on all cylinders: Looney doesn't make many mistakes, sets strong screens that create ideal space for Steph & Klay, fights for possessions/keeps plays alive; makes a point to rebound + defend (very strong on the interior): excellent production on the boards, puts his all into pursuing rebounds - switches out well when covering smaller defenders; can he evolve as a shooter? – not much offense outside of the lane (should attack more, take slower bigs off the bounce); finishes very well below/around the rim after catching on the roll, needs to improve FT shooting to maximize point production; 3x champ!*, 10-year vet in the Bay Area: Looney complements GSW’s talented offensive players
