One of the Association’s rising, young talents, Jabari Smith Jr.’s a budding shooter w/ elite, two-way upside: fires confidently - high release J will give teams nightmares, tough defender w/ versatility; athletic, new wave four - scores a lion’s share of his points from both midrange & deep: Jabari has a few jab —> jumpers, turnarounds and faders - arsenal is ever-evolving; would really benefit from a playmaking point that can create easier scoring opportunities in the lane & after he sets a screen; smart player, does well to counter into different moves/adopt a different strategy if something isn’t working; good rebounder, very promising shot-blocker: could stake claim as one of HOU’s best rim protectors - stays vertical on defense, can check multiple spots; Year 2 goals: better efficiency, decision-making and continuing to master the “little things” that impact winning; full-time starter as a rook: Jabari already fits in very nicely as a featured player - All-Star/franchise potential in Houston?
