Kai Jones: 19th overall pick in 2022 - Jones is a special athlete at the five spot, likes to get out and finish in the break; projects as a very effective shot-blocker & PnR scorer/finisher at his peak - quick leaper, likes to finish above the rim ay chance he gets; rim running + focusing in on effective rim protection will lead to a rotation spot under Coach Tyronn Lue; future 3-pt. shooter? decent form, should hone in on open corner treys & straightaways; needs to work on foul shooting, short roll scoring, staying disciplined, and a couple of go-to moves below the basket; still sharpening tools but could see a boost in PT in 2025
