Australia’s Josh Giddey is a do-it-all, passing wunderkind with countless, eye-popping dimes up his sleeve; excellent ball-handler: counters into different moves when pressures, keeps head up looking to create something; signature dimes: cross court finds, no-lookers, drop offs; doesn’t think too much on the court - Giddey loves to read & react to the flow of the game while creating his own stamp as a play initiator; decent shooter from outside (shoots sort of a push shot), will get even better as a pull-up threat once he spends additional time as a featured option; great rebounder (uses every bit of 6’8 frame), makes a point to run off misses - always looking to advance the ball ahead; skilled finisher at the rim: features flip shots, floaters, loves to protect the ball and put great English on layups; does a great job of orchestrating action - important to maintain balance as OKC continues to improve; positive impact as a secondary playmaker under Coach Daigneault - key part of OKC’s playoff run in 2024
