Jordan McLaughlin aka “J-Mac” is a cerebral play initiator; an instinctive distributor w/ a nice handle, McLaughlin’s a heady PG, makes very smart reads; throwback feel to his game, doesn’t often get too sped up, looks to establish his teammates before anything else; underrated scorer around the rim (loves underhand finishes), nice body control on scoops and giant killers; quick crossovers, likes to attack w/ behind the back moves —> layups; pressures the ball well, looks to harass opposing guards; balances task of playmaking & scoring in limited minutes, productivity has led to clutch minutes; needs to continue working on 3-pt. volume & shooting off the dribble; converted 2Way deal into multi-year contract in the league - J-Mac is reliable, has (deservedly) found himself in key situations down the stretch of close games
