Dalen Terry’s an excellent addition to Chicago’s lineup: 6’7 wing who galvanizes whatever group he’s part of; versatile, two-way potential: Dalen plays confidently w/ the ball in his hands - likes to set up w/ hezzies - great passing prospect, can hit teammates in a variety of ways, (on the move) in transition or in half court sets; will take time mastering reads as a primary PnR ball-handler - patient, looks to make the extra feed; outside shot iisn’t Terry’s forte at this stage: needs to work on shooting at a stand still and further polish basic escapes & pull-ups; promising defender (quick hands & feet) who projects as a true perimeter stopper* one day; very good athlete w/ a nice touch on finishes near the rim: when controlled, Terry can attack w/ an assortment of layups and floaters; needs to work on playing at a more controlled pace; learning how to balance scoring and passing duties off the bench; instantly raises morale & energy: passionate play & multi-positional effectiveness should eventually translate to a long-term rotation spot under Billy Donovan - Terry’s personality is a positive contrast to an otherwise laid back Bulls roster
