NBA ROLE: (RAW) VERSATILE, SCORING FORWARD
Portland’s Kris Murray: a former late-first rounder w/ a lefty touch from multiple zones; more of a shot-maker than pure shooter, but Murray shouldn’t be left open from downtown - good shooter from both elbows; 6’8 lefty: can score on various levels, including in the paint (short shots, cut lays); goes to work on the glass; good shot-blocker w/ instincts that accentuate his above average athleticism; needs to overcompensate w/ effort to keep up on both ends long-term; nice perimeter, forward prospect for the Blazers to develop: Murray’s efficiency is vital in Yr. 2
